Westchester Forensic PSYCH Services LLC, under the direction and leadership of Adam Bloom, Psy.D., ABPP can provide forensic and clinical psychological services to you and/or your client in compliance with city, state and federal mandates. Our office is conveniently located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Arrangements can also be made for appointments to be held at our satellite office in Bronx County.
Dr. Bloom is a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist, as well as a member in good standing of the American Board of Professional Psychology (
www.abpp.org) and a Fellow/Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Psychology (
www.abfp.com). Dr. Bloom has provided professional services to the Court system and local consumers in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tri-state area since 1995. Dr. Bloom has been a member of the Editorial Board of the Open Access Journal of Forensic Psychology (
www.forensicpsychologyunbound.ws/) since 2010.
Dr. Bloom’s experience and expertise is primarily related to the field of Family Law and Mental Health. He has been qualified as an expert witness on over one hundred occasions in the Family and Supreme Courts of New York, Bronx, Queens and Kings County, as well as Rockland and Westchester Counties.
Dr. Bloom is listed in the Resource Directory for Expert Mental Health Professionals published by the Law Guardian Program, State of New York, Appellate Division, Supreme Court, First and Second Judicial Departments. Dr. Bloom has maintained professional licensure in the State of New York since 1995 (
